Us mums need time to relax and get our mojo back

As a parent you can feel powerless at times.


There's hope.


You can take your power back when you make time for you. Start with 5 minutes a day. Everyone has 5 minutes don't they?


If you are a mum too and you feel guilt on a rare occasion when you take time out, this message is for you. Time out is crucial to taking best care of our children. When we take a flight and the safety announcement tells us we have to take care of ourselves first, by putting on our gas mask before the children's, in the event of an emergency. The same applies to taking a break during your day.

Concerns that often come up in client sessions are:
